We ask for things like your name, date of birth, contact details (email and phone number), your position on the field, your current club, and possibly videos or photos of your play. We use this to review your application and get in touch with you.
Through the match request form, we ask for your club or team name, a contact person, email address, phone number, and your message. We use this to review the request and respond.

If you message us via Instagram, our contact form, or another channel, we keep that information so we can reply.
Futur Ballers posts videos and photos of matches, training sessions, and players on the website and social media. If you appear in one and would rather we didn't, contact us through our contact form.
We process your data based on:

We don't keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Applications submitted through the player application form or the match request form are kept for a maximum of 12 months, even if your application doesn't lead to a spot on the team or a match.
We don't share your data with others without good reason. We do work with parties that help us run the website and our services, such as:

We make agreements with these parties to make sure they handle your data carefully.

Some of our applications come from youth players under 16. Are you younger than 16? Then a parent or guardian needs to give permission before you apply or share data with us. If you believe we've collected data from a minor without that permission, contact us through our contact form so we can remove it.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.
You have the right to:
Access your data
Have your data corrected or deleted
